The hotel is conveniently located near SRM University main campus at Potheri and VIT campus in Chennai. Guests can easily access nearby eating places and enjoy the proximity to the Zoo. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent pillows and well, stocked extras like nuts and biscuits. Good AC and 1, liter complimentary water make the stay more comfortable.
The breakfast could have had more variety.

Lastly, the hotel's location in the outskirts of Chennai was convenient for me, as it was very near to the Zoo and surrounded by restaurants. This made it easy for me to explore the local area during my free time.
Everything was satisfactory and there were no major issues that need improvement.

Good food and clean rooms. A nice breakfast spread was offered with lots of variety to choose from. the location of the hotel is easily accessible and close to the airport.
The hotel staff was not very helpful or responsive. We were promised an early check-in but the room was not ready until the given check-in time.
